Online Counselling Sessions

Online counselling in the comfort of your own space, for individuals and relationship sessions.

“Counselling for help along life's journey”

Online counselling sessions offer a flexible, accessible way to receive professional support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or simply seeking personal growth, online therapy provides a safe and confidential environment to explore your thoughts and feelings.

Online sessions makes it easier to fit appointments into daily life, whether you're at home, at work, or in a location that feels most comfortable to you.

talking helps

How does this work?

First call me to book the session. I'll send you through my practice and payment information and a client information form, which I ask you to fill out and return.

On the day of your appointment, I will email you a link to your session, when it's time to join in, all you need do is to click on the link to join in.

What you'll need...

A private space where you can talk openly without distraction. Also if you have children it's important that they are not present for the session, no matter their age.

You will need either a computer, laptop or your phone to join in.

Position your computer / laptop so that you are looking straight at the screen. If you're using your phone, find something that you can rest your phone on, and it's best to use landscape.

For couples sessions if you aren't able to both be in the same room, you can join in the session on your separate phones, however, it is much better for the session if you can be in the same room. While I do hold sessions in separate areas, I ask that couples make times to be in the same space.

For Your Session Time:

  • I'll send you a message that I've sent you through the link
  • I'll ask you to text me when you are ready to begin.
  • Find a space where you are private and free to talk openly.
  • Make sure that there are no others (including children) present.
  • Be at your computer 10 minutes prior to session.
  • This way you can gather your thoughts and have a few minutes to yourself.
  • Have a pen and paper handy in case you'd like to make notes.
  • Be comfy, you're welcome to bring a tea or coffee to your session.

I invite you to stop, and take a slow breath in, and then breathe out a little longer than the breath in. Repeat.
