We all need support in dealing with the challenges that appear in life. Counselling is a positive step to help you get back on track. It's a sign of strength to reach out.

Welcome - Let's Start The Journey Together

Whether you're seeking help for relationship challenges, childhood issues, support for grief, empty nest, ageing, illness and recovery, or you'd like to work on your personal growth - I am here to help you along life's journey.

Get in Touch

You don’t need to have everything figured out before getting in touch. Many people reach out when they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure what to do next. We can begin gently and take it one step at a time.

Next step: If you’d like to book a session or ask a question, you’re welcome to call or send a message. I’ll respond as soon as I’m able.

Online counselling: Available Australia-wide via Google Meet.

Online counselling allows you to attend from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Many people find it helps them feel more relaxed and open, and it works especially well for busy lives, distance, or when leaving home feels difficult.

Inclusive practice: You're welcome here.

What Working Together Looks Like

The process is supportive, and tailored to your needs. I'll also provide you with handouts and suggested videos to watch after the session.

1. Reach Out

Give me a call to arrange an appointment. I'll ask for your email address and I'll send you through my practice information, and a client intake form to fill out and return. Payment is due when booking the session and I have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

2. First Session

The first session I'll ask you to share what's bringing you to counselling. We'll identify what support would feel most helpful, and we'll begin the counselling process.

3. Ongoing Sessions

Sessions are shaped around your needs, and your counselling goals.
