space just for you. Space for you to use the medium of art to express your feelings, and visions and dreams for your life.
Your Creative Heart Weekly sessions focussing on yourself, identity, relationship, abundance, spirituality.
In these sessions we use relaxation, colouring in, painting and conversation. These are sessions just for you to explore and create and focus on how to vision and then create the life you want.
Mandala Drawing Sessions
Mandala comes from an Indian word and loosely translated it means 'circle. Mandalas appear in many areas in nature such as plants and flowers.
Mandalas are found in many spiritual circles such as church windows, and the beautiful sand mandalas that the Buddhist monks create.
Creating a mandala is a gentle way to express your inner self. In your counselling session it is an easy way to focus your mind on a topic and talk over issues while you relax and paint and draw.
We offer morning and day sessions where we do mandalas together, have morning tea, and lunch. The focus is on you and your life - whatever you wish to talk over - or if you are wanting to work towards a goal in your life as a focus.
